- We support frameworks such as TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM; your use must comply with applicable law.
- You are responsible for the content and frequency of communications you trigger.
4) Sharing your data
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share data with service providers and processors who help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, payment, AI infrastructure) under appropriate agreements.

7) Your rights
- Access, update, or delete certain information we hold about you.
- Request an export of stored records (for eligible accounts).
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
8) Children’s data
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
9) International use
By using our services, you consent to processing in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.

11) Contact us
Questions or requests? Email [email protected].
12) Digital agents, demos, and AI-powered features
Some pages (including demo pages) allow you to interact with a digital agent. Our digital agent uses automated technologies (including AI) to converse, collect details, pre-qualify projects, book appointments, and assist with estimates. When you engage with these features, you understand you are communicating with a digital agent—not a human—and you authorize us to process the content of that interaction as described in this policy.
13) Voice calls, recording, and monitoring
- Calls with our digital agents or team may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, and support.
- By initiating or continuing a call or live session on our demo/product pages, you consent to recording, monitoring, transcription, and analysis of the interaction.
- If you do not consent, please use email or our contact form instead.
14) Consent by use (demo and product pages)
By clicking “Speak,” starting a call, or otherwise interacting with our digital agent or widgets, you:
(a) acknowledge the use of automated technologies (including AI),
(b) consent to recording/processing of audio, text, and metadata for the purposes stated here,
and (c) authorize us to store the interaction to improve service delivery and support your requests.
15) Automated outreach & compliance (TCPA/CAN-SPAM)
- Where you provide your phone number or email and request information, you authorize us (and our clients, where applicable) to contact you by SMS, email, or phone regarding your inquiry.
- Automated calls or texts may be used for appointment reminders, confirmations, or requested information, in accordance with applicable consent rules.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (SMS) or using unsubscribe links (email).
16) Payments and third-party processors
Payments are processed by trusted third parties (e.g., Stripe). We receive limited transaction metadata to reconcile your account. We do not store full payment card numbers.
17) AI model usage and training
We use third-party AI infrastructure to power digital agent interactions. We take steps to prevent your content from being used to train public AI models where the provider offers such controls. We do not sell your interaction content. We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our products and fraud/security defenses.
18) Do not sell or share personal information (state privacy laws)
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain state privacy laws. You may still receive interest-based ads that do not involve such sharing.
19) Your regional rights (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR)
- California (CCPA/CPRA): You may request access, correction, deletion, or to limit the use of sensitive data, subject to exceptions. We will not discriminate for exercising rights.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): Where applicable, your lawful bases may include consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
- Submit requests via [email protected]. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
20) Data controller/processor roles (for PRO/agency features)
For certain PRO or agency features where you manage your own customer data, you act as the data controller for that data and are responsible for obtaining consents and honoring rights requests. FBA acts as a service provider/processor according to our agreement with you.
